Cavenagh Court

AT A GLANCE

Home: A 50 year old freehold apartment in the prestigious district 9
Size: 2,000 sq ft (Single Level)

Who lives here: Professional couple in their thirties

For the professional couple, with a newborn baby, this property was exactly the kind of life they had pictured settling down in, moving from a smaller apartment. They had moved into the home at the end of 2020 together with their newborn. The new young owners of a unit at Cavenagh Court wanted to create a  refreshing look to their living space with the clever use of wall panels, adding a contemporary feel to the luxurious space. ⁣

For the main living room, a combination of flat wall panels and a feature wall with fluted panels was added to create more interest on an otherwise vanilla white walls.  This being an old apartment, wall coverings are especially useful in covering up the wall imperfections - achieving a very polished and expensive space.

For the dry kitchen and bar area, the fluted panels were installed in a curved manner, accentuating the bar counter, while additional fluted panels in the foreground, created a very cosy, warm and inviting look.

Departing from primitive idea that the kitchen is simply a place for cooking, we decided to add our fluted panels here. Have a look at how we have used our panels on the curvaceous kitchen island. Our panels are highly versatile and can be incorporated on any surface.⁣

The headboard of the master bedroom was also transformed using the fluted panels, with a display counter and LED lighting incorporated to create a sense of luxury and glamour that elevated their bedroom with our panels. With a touch of wood details, fluted panels add an interesting mix of texture and dimension to the bedroom.
